For each job that we curate for you – and each job that you bring to us – we use a series of AI processes to distill the core themes, key requirements, and important keywords. You could do this manually in ChatGPT, but it would take forever to do for 10-15 apps /day, and since we are running this process tens of thousands of times, we know exactly what to look for in each job description to will inform the creation of strong resumes.
Based on the analysis of each job, we then construct your unique value prop for that role – essentially seeking to answer the question: what is the strongest possible case we can honestly and accurately make as to why this job seeker is exactly who this job is looking for?
We then support this narrative by selecting and prioritizing your most relevant accomplishments and experiences, and writing them into bullet points.
